Who We Are

RESOURCES4LIFE, INC., founded by Dietra and Michael Fielder, empowers individuals and families facing life’s challenges by providing guidance, resources, and support to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and hope.

Mission

Our mission is to empower men and women experiencing challenges to achieve self-sufficiency by providing essential resources that foster independence. We envision a community where every individual has the opportunity for stability and success. Through outreach and partnerships with like-minded organizations, we ensure access to healthcare, mental health services, state benefits, and other crucial resources while raising awareness and maximizing support for those in need.

Bio of Founders Dietra and Michael Fielder

RESOURCES4LIFE, INC. was born out of lived experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to change. Founded by Dietra and Michael Fielder, the organization began its work in 2022 and became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2024

Dietra and Michael know firsthand the struggles of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration-and the courage it takes to overcome them. With God’s help and the leadership poured into them by others, they were able to rebuild their lives and made a promise to dedicate their future to helping others do the same. What started as a personal calling has grown into a mission-driven organization that provides real resources, real hope, and real pathways forward

RESOURCES4LIFE exists to empower men and women facing challenges to achieve self-sufficiency and independence. Through outreach, partnerships, and direct support, the organization connects individuals to healthcare, mental health services, state benefits, and other essential resources. Guided by compassion, faith, and lived experience, RESOURCES4LIFE envisions communities where no one faces challenges alone and where dignity, stability, and opportunity are within reach for all.
